
Unified Sports is back! RHS will be hosting another Unified Basketball event on Friday, February 9th. Unified Sports is a program that allows athletes with disabilities the opportunity to participate in sporting competitions with their peers. Teachers are encouraged to bring their 3rd, 4/5, 5/6 and 6/7 class periods down to the gyms to support and cheer on all the athletes participating in the event. We hope to see you there!

Important announcement for any boy interested in playing volleyball. There will be an open gym tonight at Stanton from 6:45-8:30. Also that our first practice is Tuesday February 20th at Stanton from 4:30-7:00.

Latin Club, Latin Club, Latin Club – Even if you’re not in Latin Club, you can still play dodgeball, dodgeball, dodgeball! The Rob Susel Memorial Dodgeball Hoopla will be held on February 12, at 7p.m. in the new gym! Register your team of five by February 9! Attention Rough Riders and Staff, PBIS will be having a hot cocoa bar on Valentines Day during all lunches, for ANY students who are nominated for a RIDE award from February 5th-February 9th. Staff if you see a student demonstrate Respect, Integrity, Duty or Excellence in your class, be sure to nominate them for a RIDE award on the Google Form posted in Teacher Tools! Once a student is nominated they will be given a ‘Show the Love’ ticket by February 13th. Students, you must bring this ticket in order to receive your hot cocoa. Don’t worry staff we did not forget about you, the top 3 staff members who nominate the most students will get a surprise at the February staff meeting!

Please check the lost and found for your very important missing items. Your parents will be very happy if you bring home that missing Stanley water bottle, Champion hoodie or lunch box among many other items.
