You can do both by participating in the Dine to Donate fundraiser for the Roosevelt Cross Country Team on Monday, October 2nd at the Kent Chipotle. Come to the restaurant between 5 and 9 PM and mention that you are there for the Cross Country Fundraiser. The flyer can be found on the Roosevelt website.

Check out the posters around the school to see if you are on the list. Also, the yearbook staff would like to remind everyone that the yearbook is a student publication and some typos or mistakes may be found. We try to do our best to minimize errors, but sometimes they still get printed. Thank you for understanding and enjoy looking through the memories of the 2022-2023 school year.

It was a beautiful night last night for our all-sports athlete's dinner! It was awesome to see so many of you! It truly was a tailgate to remember. The winners of the drawing are... Jermaine Little, Hannah Robinson, Isan Roberts, Leah Courtheyn, Kat Vorhauer, and Gavin Peeps! Please stop by and see Mrs. Foreman for your gift card or candy! Hello Riders! As we continue throughout the week we would like to remind you that today is “Thankful Tuesday” a day to show other people how much we care about them. We will have sticky notes and thank you cards in the library available so that you and your peers can use them to write positive notes to other students. We encourage you to use this opportunity to reach out to people that you do not always see or have time to talk to. This is also a reminder that tomorrow is Wear Green Wednesday! The Rough Rider Cross Country teams traveled to Barberton this past Tuesday to race on the Barberton home course. Fueled from their victories at the Rocket Invitational, both the boys and girls teams had a decisive win against Barberton, placing most of their runners in the top ten spots. This confidence carried the Rough Riders into the Spartan Invitational at Boardman High School on Saturday, where they raced with some of the best runners in the region. On a cool morning, our athletes rose to the challenge of the competition, racing with over three hundred runners in each race. Many of our runners posted their season or personal best times. These include Carter Stevenson, Harri Wunderle, Alex Simms, Colt Jurovcik, Emma Arthur, Neveah Hersman, and Annie Liedtke. Cross Country has an off week from competition as they head into the second part of their season.
