The annual Halloween parade and parties are coming up on Friday, October 29. The parade is at 1:30 pm with parties following.
Please keep these important points in mind.
- Class parties are being organized by a Lead Classroom Parent Volunteer under the direction of the classroom teacher.
- Classroom party volunteers are limited to two people.
- Details will be sent home from each classroom via a flyer or Signup Genius. Keep an eye on the WSA Facebook page for updates.
- All families are welcome to watch the Costume Parade at 1:30 pm. Only designated classroom volunteers are permitted to come in the building for the party after the parade.
- The parking lot will be closed at 1:20 pm for the parade and will not reopen until the parade has ended.
- Supplies may be sent in with your student or dropped off at the office Oct. 25-29th.
- Items contributed should be individually wrapped or packaged for safety.
- Costumes should be worn to school as students will not have an opportunity to change before the parade. Costumes should be school appropriate and should not include weapons, dangerous items, blood or things that may potentially frighten other students.
- Students without a costume will be offered an opportunity to select one that has been donated. If you have a costume you wish to donate, please drop it off at the office.
Please feel free to call the class party organizer, teacher or office if you have any questions.
