There is Boys Volleyball open gym today, Feb. 8 from 7-8:30 and Thursday, Feb. 10 from 7-8:30 at Stanton for all boys who want to play!
Parking! If the student lot across Roosevelt Drive or by the CTE wing is full, this is just a reminder to students that there are still spots available at the Stadium parking lot. If all 3 student lots are full, you may park at Stanton Middle School in the spots closest to Roosevelt Drive.
Also in wrestling news Keturah Buchanan has qualified to the Girls District Wrestling Championships. She will compete this Sunday at Lutheran West High School. The top 4 finishers in each weight class will advance to the Girls State Wrestling Championships in Columbus the following weekend. Good Luck Keturah!
The wrestlers will compete in their final Home Match on Thursday. This will be Senior Night as well so please come out and support our Seniors Ricky Legg and Jason Ponick and the rest of the team as they compete against Poland and Beachwood. Wrestling Action begins at 6 PM. Everyone please wear Red and Black in support of your Riders.
Esports Club will be meeting after school ion the robotics room 157 on Tuesday, February 8th. If you plan on being on an overwatch or rocket league team, please be there.
Teddy’s Café cart is back in action this Friday, February 11th. Any orders from last Friday will be fulfilled this Friday. Make sure you sign up by Thursday. Students, ask your teachers how your class can even earn hot chocolate from your teacher!

Come support the Lady Riders basketball team as they take on Streetsboro tonight at home in a game to support Blake Michel and his family! JV starts at 6:00 and Varsity 7:30. The great RHS Pep Band will be there to keep you rockin through the game! Wear Green in support of Blake and there will be a place for donations for his battle with cancer. Let’s show what RHS is all about!

Congratulations to our Suburban League Champions, Anya Ferner/Diver, Justin Barzellato/200 IM, Jeanie Barzellato/500 Free and Sydney Kirbabas/50 and 200 Free, this weekend at the University of Akron. The team had 31 Personal Records and did amazing. Great job Rough Riders!
The Library will be closed during 2nd period every Tuesday throughout February for the 4th Annual African American Read-In.
Congratulations to our Rough Rider boys basketball team for beating the Highland Hornets Friday night by a final score of 57-47. The Rough Riders were led by senior Jayden Reynolds with 19 points and 5 rebounds. Great team win boys! Go Riders!

Congratulations to the Lady Rider Basketball team defeating Copley last night 45-42 in a complete and total team win where every player contributed in a way that led the Rough Riders to victory!
The Boys and Girls Bowling teams both won vs Copley yesterday at Kent Lanes. The boys were led by Senior Matt Richards who bowled a very impressive perfect 300 game! They improved to 7 and 3 in the Suburban. Tara Sefchick led the way for the girls with a 409 set. Paige Robinson also had a very nice 355 set and her sister Hannah Robinson had a career high game of 221. The team had great contributions form Ryleigh Balan, Jillian Eden, Delaney Sefchick, Dejea Pinkney, Maisy Montgomery, and Addison Knowles The ladies are now 7 and 2 in the Suburban. Keep it rolling Riders!
