The Advanced Placement (AP) & College Credit Plus (CCP) Meeting will be held on January 22, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the TRHS auditorium. This evening is specifically designed to help parents and students better understand our advanced course offerings and to provide a clear understanding of the fundamental differences between Advanced Placement (AP) courses and College Credit Plus (CCP). We will start the night with a brief introduction to our AP courses before diving into the core comparison between the two programs. We will then hand it over to our CCP representative from Kent State who will review the CCP program

Be honest—how often do you see something online and just assume it’s true? Next year, there’s a new elective called Deciphering Disinformation in Democracy. In this class, you’ll learn how to tell what’s real, what’s misleading, and what’s trying to influence you—especially on social media. You’ll also look at how misinformation can affect real-world issues, including the choices people make and how society functions. If you want stronger skills for navigating information and understanding what you see online, consider signing up for Deciphering Disinformation in Democracy during scheduling.
