If you wish to exchange your child's portraits from the original Picture Day for their Retake Day portrait, please return the entire package (including the portraits**) with your child on Retake Day.
**NOTE: Any unreturned portraits or incomplete packages will not be processed. You must call Customer Service for additional support.
