If your student has tested positive for COVID there is a new online form that needs to be filled out. If you have multiple students, who have all tested positive, a form needs filled out for each student. The reporting link is on the Kent-health nursing services website, click here to go to the link. Please be sure to fill out this form if your student(s) tests positive for COVID. Please still contact the main office to notify us of your student's absence.
