Akron Children's Hospital will be hosting a Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for the Kent City School District on Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021 during school hours.
Students 12 yrs and up along with staff are eligible to receive the vaccine. Please fill out the consent form here and turn it into the school clinic by Friday, Sept. 17, 2021. If you do not have a printer at home, your student can pickup a copy of the consent form in the school clinic.
Akron Children's Hospital nurses will visit the building to administer vaccines. The second dose will be administered at the school in October, 3 weeks after the first vaccine. The exact date is TBD.
