Welcome to the Program

Important Items
-Kent and home school calendars are in effect.
-All Career-Technical Programs start Wednesday, August 18.
-Notify both, Kent and home school attendance to report an absence (330) 676-8750.
-Bus transportation to and from home school provided. Optional driving privilege form on website.
-Each program may have a fee (Six District students on free lunch need to have a fee waiver form signed).

Each program has certain necessary workbooks and supplies which you will need. In some instances, students will be asked to purchase tool or operational kits. There are two methods of payment:  (1) cash in full; or (2) a payment plan. Information about these two payment methods will be provided during the first week of school.  Your instructor will provide additional details.-Wear school colors & uniforms!

-Goal: Pass core graduation and program courses, maintain excellent attendance, and schedule to take your ACT or SAT test for post-secondary entrance.

TRHS Students Start Aug 17; Six District Educational Compact Students First Day Of School Aug 18

The first day of school for all Career-Technical Education programs is August 18.

TRHS students will report for classes and TRHS CTE programs on Aug. 17.

TRHS students attending Six District Educational Compact programs outside of Kent attend only TRHS classes Aug 17, Six District Educational Compact programs begin Aug. 18.

Six District Educational Compact students (Hudson, Tallmadge, SMF, Woodridge, and CF) start TRHS CTE programs Aug. 18, but attend home school classes on the first scheduled day.

Congratulations and Welcome to New CTE Students

Congratulations to students accepted into TRHS Career Technical Education  programs!   Parents and students should plan to attend  our Welcome to TRHS CTE Programs  on May 3  6:30pm at TRHS  starting with a general overview in the TRHS auditorium followed by specific presentations in program classroom/lab rooms.

CTE Conversation with Parent and Students February 10

Complete a visitation form and turn it into your counselor to get an in-depth look of TRHS programs.  TRHS visitation schedule is as follows:  Cuyahoga Falls H.S, Tallmadge H.S. and Woodridge H.S. visit TRHS CTE January 28; Theodore Roosevelt H.S. visits TRHS CTE Feb. 3; and Hudson H.S. and Stow-Munroe Falls H.S. visit TRHS CTE Feb. 4.
