Moderna OR Pfizer COVID-19 1st or 2nd dose Vaccination Clinic

April 22, 2022 from 3 PM to 5 PM

 Stanton Middle School - Band room

Staff and their immediate family members are eligible. You must be 50 years or older to receive the 2nd booster. Please bring your completed consent form and your CDC card to the vaccine clinic. The consent form is found below.

All participants getting vaccinated will be observed for 15 minutes after the vaccine is given.

PARKING – Please park in the large lot by the flagpole and enter the main auditeria event entrance.
